Terms of Service

These terms of service govern use of the public CyberTech AI website, the AI security assistant, and the forms on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

01

Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. The project may refuse access that appears abusive or automated in a way that harms the service.

02

Service description

The website provides educational information about cybersecurity and AI, an AI security assistant, a directory of educational inspection tools, and contact and data-deletion forms. It is a public informational site for a technology project. It is not a managed security service, not legal, medical, or financial advice, and not an emergency response hotline.

03

AI security assistant

The assistant is an educational chatbot. Replies may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You remain responsible for any action you take. The assistant must not be used to plan or carry out attacks, to generate malware or phishing content, or to obtain access to systems you do not own. The project may rate-limit, refuse, or disable the assistant without notice.

04

Gemini API keys

You may optionally supply your own Google Gemini API key in the assistant settings. That key is yours. You are responsible for its usage, billing, and revocation. Do not share a key that can access production systems unrelated to this educational use. A key stored in session storage is not an account with CyberTech AI.

05

Acceptable use

You may read the pages, share links, submit forms with accurate information, and ask defensive educational questions. You may not use the site to send spam, malware, or illegal content; to attempt to break authentication, rate limits, or hosting controls; to harvest addresses from submissions that are not yours; or to try to extract other users’ data.

06

Security research limitations

Good-faith reports about this website’s own security are welcome through the contact form. You must not exploit a finding beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, access other users’ data, or disrupt availability. Nothing on this site authorizes scanning, attacking, or testing any other system, network, or Facebook Page.

07

Intellectual property

The CyberTech AI name, logo, and the original text and graphics on this site are provided for the project’s public communication. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site as a product, impersonate the project, or reuse the logo to suggest endorsement. Model replies are generated content and are not a license to CyberTech AI trademarks.

08

Third-party services

Links and platform integrations (including Meta and Google Gemini) are subject to those providers’ terms. CyberTech AI is not responsible for third-party sites and is not an official partner of Meta, Facebook, or Google.

09

Availability

The website may change, break, or go offline without notice. Educational tools may be limited, inaccurate, or withdrawn. The assistant depends on third-party model APIs and may be unavailable. Form delivery depends on hosting and on whether operators have configured a notification channel.

10

Disclaimers

Content, including assistant output, is provided “as is” for educational purposes. The project makes no warranty that following the guidance will prevent an incident, that the site is error-free, that a model reply is accurate, or that tools will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, CyberTech AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on generated text.

11

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page is the version marker. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
