This policy describes how the CyberTech AI public website handles information. It is written for this site as it is implemented, not as a generic template of promises the software does not keep.

This website is primarily informational. It does not require an account to read pages. Information reaches the project when you submit a form, when you use the AI security assistant, when your browser makes ordinary technical requests, or when an authorized administrator connects a Facebook Page through Meta’s authorization flow.
The contact form and the data-deletion form collect a name, email address, a subject or request type, and a message. Those fields exist so the project can read and, when a delivery channel is configured, respond. You choose what to type. Do not volunteer passwords, tokens, government ID numbers, or other people’s data.
If you use the assistant, the text of your messages and the model’s replies are sent to this website’s chat endpoint so a reply can be generated. Prompts are used only to produce that reply, apply rate limits, and diagnose failures. Do not paste passwords, access tokens, private keys, personal data about other people, or confidential business files into the chat.
When a Google Gemini API key is used — either a key you enter in the assistant settings or a server-side GEMINI_API_KEY configured by operators — conversation text is transmitted to Google’s Gemini API to generate a response. Google processes that content under Google’s Gemini API terms and privacy policy. This project does not use chat transcripts to train its own models. A key you enter is kept in session storage in your browser, is sent only to this site’s chat endpoint, and is not written to this project’s database.
Chat history can be stored in local storage on your device so a conversation can continue if you reopen the assistant. A Gemini API key you enter is stored in session storage and is cleared when the browser tab is closed. You can delete the conversation from the assistant and clear site data in your browser. This project cannot read that browser storage after you leave.
Like most websites, the hosting platform receives standard request metadata: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user agent. This data is used to operate the site, apply rate limits, and diagnose errors. This project does not run a separate analytics product on the pages themselves unless one is introduced later and this policy is updated.
The public pages do not set advertising cookies. Language preference can be inferred from the URL (for example /fr/ or /ar/). Essential cookies may be set by the hosting platform for security or routing. Chat history and a Gemini API key you enter use browser storage, not advertising cookies. The Cookie Policy describes these technologies in more detail.
Volunteered form data is used to read your request, detect spam, enforce rate limits, and — if a server-side notification URL is configured — notify project operators. Assistant messages are used to generate a reply. Technical logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. Information is not sold.
Form submissions that are delivered to operators are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and any required security record. If a deployment has no notification channel, the application may accept a submission without creating a durable store. Hosting logs follow the retention of the platform operator (for example Cloudflare or the current host).
This project does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by the hosting provider, by Google when Gemini is used to answer a chat, by a notification endpoint that the operators configure, and by Meta when an administrator authorizes Facebook Page management. Processors see only what is required for their function.
The site may be hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, or a similar platform. Those providers process technical request data under their own terms. Optional notification webhooks, if configured, receive form payloads on the server. When the assistant uses Gemini, Google processes prompt and response text under Google’s terms. Fonts used by this site are self-hosted and are not loaded from Google Fonts.
CyberTech AI may use Meta APIs so that an authorized administrator can manage content on Facebook Pages. The administrator authorizes the application through Meta’s own dialog. The application requests only the permissions needed for that management task. Meta and Facebook data is handled according to Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the settings of the authorizing user. CyberTech AI is not an official Meta partner, is not “powered by Facebook,” and is not approved by Meta as an endorsement. Access can be revoked by the user in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or the equivalent control Meta provides at the time).
The site is served over HTTPS. Forms are validated on the server, rate-limited, and checked for simple spam signals. Secrets such as webhook URLs and any Meta access tokens are kept in server environment variables and are not shipped in client-side JavaScript. No method is perfect; if you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website, use the contact form with the security subject and avoid including working exploit code in the first message.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Use the data-deletion page or the contact form to make a request. Identity checks may be needed before acting on a request that would affect another person’s data.
This website is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that is the applicable age. The project does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, use the data-deletion page.
This policy may change when the website’s behavior changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will move when that happens. Material changes to how personal information is used will be reflected here before those changes take effect on the public site.
